Sophias Garden birthed from my healing journey and reconnection with Mother Earth. As I created my flower garden and embodied my sacred rhythm in harmony with Divine Mother, my inner child healed, my nervous system regulated, and my abundance flowed. I was no longer dimming my light, shrinking myself, hiding or feeling like the victim of my life’s circumstances.

I chose Self Love.

Instead, I changed my perspective and perception, learned the lessons those experiences taught me, forgave myself and others all while loving myself through the process. In Sophia’s Garden, you are guided to love all of you by elevating your self acceptance, self care, self esteem, and self worth.
