My Journey back to Love

Somewhere along the way, life became a disconnection from Self. And, the journey is coming back home.

When I built my home, I opted out of hiring landscapers and chose to create my garden. Little did I know at the time, I was embarking upon the most healing and transformative journey back to my Higher Self. As I planted trees, shrubbery, flowers and food, I began to notice that my overactive mind began to calm, my irregular periods became regular once more and peace, oh I began to experience peace. What began as a beautification project turned into a reconnection with Mother Earth within divine communion and a remembrance of the wisdom of the Moon.

At the time, I didn’t realize I was healing my nervous system and my womb by returning to my natural rhythms. I began to remember me, La’Toya in the most true, loving way. I returned to my passion of creating and learned to make handmade soap. Growing roses guided me to care for my body mindfully and inspired me to share self love boxes with others. Healing in the deepest way, I embarked upon the most loving journey of all, to be a light in the darkness for others trying to find their way home. And now, with the wisdom I have gained through experience I offer mentoring and the training I have received in RAAH Reiki and AURA Hypnosis, I offer healing services.

Self Love is the Alchemy.

There is no thing the Creator cannot heal. You have always been loved. And, in Sophias Garden you reconnect with your Higher Self as you cleanse your sacred temple with plant powered, organic handmade soaps, heal in the deepest way and grow into higher versions of yourself.
