My Story
Mother. Divine Partner. Heart of Sophias Garden
In my mid 20s I met and fell in love with a man that was totally wrong for me and had a son. Devastated that he wasn’t the “one” for me with my infant in arms, I vowed to my Son that I would heal my heart and be the best woman I could be. I was determined that my Son and I would have an amazing life! And…. we live an amazing life and I have an amazing relationship with my divine partner because I made the decision to heal, committed to do the work and create with intention my beautiful life!
But first let’s go back to the beginning
I grew up surrounded and protected by my Mothers love with the inner knowing and encouragement from my Mother that there are no limits to what I could become. My Father and I had our challenges that caused me to struggle with abandonment, rejection and anger issues as a child. All of which would hit me like a tsunami upon entering college that manifested as anxiety attacks, depression, self loathing and sabotage, chasing, proving myself, deep sadness and longing for love from a man.
Graduated with a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a Master’s in Community Development… entrepreneurship it is!
Following my hearts desire for freedom, personal growth and happiness led to me becoming an entrepreneur after college. Over the years, I have guided, educated and consulted thousands of people in my 20 years as a broker.
In my early 30s I became a homeowner and created my first flower garden. In my garden, the Moon is my guide and the Earth is my teacher.
My Garden is one of my most beautiful Creations!

Grounded in My Purpose
In beautifying my home and craving a more balanced approach to life and business, I discovered soft, intentional, simple and pleasurable living… I entered my Soft Girl Era! I learned to make luxurious, cleansing soaps and created Sophia’s Garden. As I prioritized self care - I embodied flow, balance within, peace, and self love… I entered my Goddess or Wise Woman Era! Listening to my inner knowing I became an AURA Hypnosis Healer. In learning how to quantum heal and transform the energy of my experiences, I knew this was the missing piece to the healing work.
Now, I am rooted in my purpose to guide people heal their organic darkness through the portal of self love.
I am living proof that the wisdom and knowledge of Mother Nature, the Soil and the Moon is the way of Christ Consciousness. That aligning with frequency of your unique Souls song, your signature vibration and divine blueprint is the journey of self mastery. And, by transforming the energy of your previous life’s experiences will change your life and thrive as a result.
