A Journey back to Love
Somewhere along the way, life became a disconnection from Self.
Hustle culture became the norm as you forced things to happen, proved yourself worthy and worked against your natural rhythm. Self care, having a calm nervous system, hormonal and emotional regulation was replaced by being hyper fixated on productivity, living in fight or flight and valuing the opinion of others over our own. We were taught to sacrifice, loose ourselves, and look to societal standards to validate we are ok all while pride quietly masked as comparison was slowly hardening your heart.
The result, over giving, codependency, lack of self trust, and victimhood as the main character energy.
Within, a secret desire remained… to live happy, with inner peace, confident in the expression of our true self, whole and abundant. Free of the comparison loop, lack, scarcity, victimhood and detached. Instead, a reconnection with our true self, our Soul, honoring our natural rhythm, wisdom and beauty.
Love heals all!
Under the light of the Blood Moon, Total Lunar Eclipse in Virgo, I am experiencing a beautiful sacred release as I am being purified and refined. So much has happened along my journey to love and as I type this, I sigh as I experience peace. No more proving myself worthy or good. I have broken up with victimhood. External validation, gone. All feeling like a memory within a dream.
That’s what happens when you release the false illusions of Self. You are left with truth and are grateful for the purge. In doing the Soul work in combination with sacred energy work through entity removal, you are able to detach from the emotions and be the observer. From this perspective, you are able to access clarity, see the situation for what it is and learn the lesson. And, that’s the goal!
So take sometime tonight, tomorrow morning around 5:30a cst and in the days ahead to release all that no longer serves your highest good and integrate the healing you are now ready to receive.
