As a teenager, I was immersed into personal development. I wanted to be my best Self and loved helping others unlock the best version of themselves. In college, I studied psychology and choose the path of entrepreneurship after I graduated with my masters degree. Over the past 21+ years I have consulted 1:1 and hosted workshops working with hundreds of people in the areas of personal finance, soft skills and self leadership. What I know is that self love is at the heart of everything. How you show up in your life is a direct reflection of how you see yourself and most importantly, the relationship you have with yourself. You are a beautiful garden that may be overgrown with weeds at the moment and in need of a refresh.
