Sacred Journey Through our Healing Sessions

Within a session, the first thing you experience is love, relaxation, a sacred pause and peace. Followed beautiful discussion that provides you with clarity, greater understanding of yourself, and guidance on how to best move forward for yourself on your self healing journey/ life within a spiritual guidance/Akashic reading. We then move into the sacred energy work which is where you experience even greater relaxation and sacred rest. Often resulting in clients taking a nap. RAAH Reiki is when we begin the sacred process of release of negative energies, parasitic entities and energetic blockages that keeps your creational waters of you from flowing. Some blockages, negative energies and parasitic entities requires a deeper understanding and journey to find their root cause. As there may be a specific current or past life lesson that your Higher Self would like for you to recall and learn from the wisdom that lesson is here to teach you. AURA Hypnosis allows for you to connect with your Higher Self and Divine Team within session for you to get the answers you seek. Your Higher Self is always connected to you as it is that still, small voice that has been guiding you and protecting you all of your life. Yet, many times we don’t listen, get off our divine path, are disconnected from our purpose and experience illness of many kinds. Our Higher Self is always a breath away with all the answers so bring your questions to the session!

Each session can be booked separately or together as a healing package. My recommended path of healing in Sophia’s Garden is the healing package which you experience a RAAH followed by an AURA ending with a spiritual guidance/Akashicreading. If you have been Covid jabbed 💉, I require you book a RAAH scheduled first and AURA scheduled second as it is in your highest good, gives you even deeper healing and allows for a smoother AURA session for you. Please be honest when booking as my Higher Self and Divine Team will tell me which will result in you receiving an invoice for the full amount of the RAAH.
